About me
Strategic insight and conceptual competence coupled with a pragmatic and action-oriented approach
I have worked successfully for over 30 years in strategic leadership positions for global B2B companies. Most recently, I spent more than 15 years at a Fortune 500 company as VP Global People & Organizational Development, where I led internal change consulting.
My degree in psychology and a degree in business administration have given me an important foundation. A project stay of several months at the University of Virginia enabled me to gain profound international experience. Several years of training in systemic organizational consulting still shape me today. I have learned a lot from the best external consultants I have had the privilege to work with, both from German-speaking countries and from Anglo-Saxon and Asian countries. Networking and collegial learning with professional colleagues and friends is something I have always promoted and used.
My workplace is both in the “boardroom” with global corporate management and on the “shop floor” with production teams. I have had the privilege of gaining experience in Germany as well as in the USA and Asia (mainly China).
With Nexevia I would like to share my expertise and enthusiasm for dialog-oriented organizational development with like-minded people today.
Why Nexevia as a brand name?
I think that “Nexevia” is a wonderful summary of what my work with my customers is all about. It continues step by step. And from many well-considered and (sometimes) team-reflected decisions, positive development emerges.
That’s why I like to work with the artificial word Nexevia, which some people might have to get used to, and I want to arouse curiosity and trigger inquiries.
